Terms of Service

Welcome to The360Vibe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our photo booth rental services. By booking and using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

The360Vibe provides photo booth rental services for events, including but not limited to weddings, parties, corporate functions, and other gatherings. The scope of services, including rental packages and any additional features, will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking. Until the deposit is paid, your event date will not be reserved. By paying this deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the event. Failure to make the payment by the due date may result in cancellation.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and online payments from our booking site. 
  • Sales tax: A 8.75% sales tax will be added to all events and add-on services booked. 
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may receive a partial refund.

3. Event Requirements

  • Space & Setup: The client must provide sufficient space (typically 8x8 feet) for the photo booth setup and ensure access to power and wifi connection. If the booth is outdoors, a covered area must be provided to protect the equipment.
  • Event Timing: We will arrive 30 to 60 minutes prior to the event for setup and require 30 minutes for breakdown. If additional time is needed beyond what is included in your package, overtime charges may apply.
  • Attendant: A professional attendant will be present during the event to manage the booth and assist guests.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for providing accurate event details (location, time, etc.) and ensuring proper venue access for setup and breakdown.
  • The client agrees to ensure that guests treat The360Vibe equipment with care. Any damages caused by the client, guests, or vendors will be the responsibility of the client and may result in additional charges.

5. Use of Photos

  • The360Vibe retains the right to use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless the client provides a written request to opt out. This may include website galleries, social media posts, and marketing materials.
  • Guests will have the ability to share their photos via social media and email, subject to their own discretion.

6. Liability

  • The360Vibe is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items, property, or venue spaces due to the use of our services.
  • In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, accidents), The360Vibe will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative solutions, such as a backup booth or rescheduling the service. However, we do not guarantee a full refund unless the service is entirely unable to be delivered.

7. Force Majeure

The360Vibe will not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labor strikes, government regulations, or pandemic-related restrictions.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Client Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event, no refunds will be issued. If cancellation occurs more than 14 days before an event, a partial refund may be provided.
  • Company Cancellation: In the rare event that The360Vibe must cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund, including the deposit, or offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

9. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The360Vibe, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photo booth services, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage, or copyright infringement due to guest actions.

10. Photo Quality & Delivery

While The360Vibe uses high-quality equipment and technology, we do not guarantee the quality of photos affected by external factors, such as poor lighting or environmental conditions. Digital copies of all photos will be provided within 5 days after the event, and printed photos will be delivered on-site as part of the service, depending on the services booked. 

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our booking process or during the event will be used solely for service delivery purposes. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be settled in the courts of Georgia.
